Shipping policy

At SISU, we aim to get your order to you quickly and efficiently. Please read below for important details about processing times, tracking, and delivery expectations.

Processing time
All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before they ship. We currently ship on Wednesdays and Fridays, as we are a small operation. As we grow, we plan to expand our shipping schedule.

Order confirmation
Once your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder. Still can’t find it? Email us at Info@SISU-thebrand.com and we’ll be happy to confirm your order for you.

Shipping confirmation and tracking
You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our facility.
You can also check the status of your shipment by starting a chat from any page on our website. Just enter your order number and email address to view your tracking information.

Delivery issues
If the tracking information for your order shows that it was “Delivered,” but you did not receive the package, please reach out to us immediately. While we cannot issue refunds for orders marked as delivered, we will do everything in our power to help recover your package. This may include replacing the item or assisting in filing a claim. In cases of suspected package theft or fraud, we reserve the right to investigate and take legal action as necessary.
